My dreams are weird.
Out of nowhere I start dreaming about an old friend...
Then I find out that something bad has happened to him.
This has happened a few times.
Coincidence?

Last time was the most serious.
I was dreaming about a friend that I hadn't talked to for like 6 years. I dreamt about him evey night for like three months. I got back into my home town and saw some old friends...They told me he had cancer - he died a couple of months later.

But usually I dream about good friends who I haven't heard from in a couple of months - and then a week or two later I get a call and hear that something bad happened to them - DUIs, car accidents, boat accidents, broken bones - that type of thing.

I'm sorry to hear about your friend's misfortunes. I'm sure the dreams thing must mess with your head a little.

This would have an easy explanation if I had a "feeling" and then something bad happened to someone I saw all the time.
It is obvious when your friends are being stupid and then it all catches up with them.
But this always happens with people I haven't seen/talked to for a while.

I had a similar dream but I couldn't make out the face...It turned out to be a joke...Then my friend played the joke on this chick I know and she was running and fell off this little unseen dip and hit a rock & died in it.

lately i have been having dreams im going to get fired. i just got this promotion and i guess inside im paranoid im gonna get canned. its funny, i was told the best way to get fired here was to get promoted. the guy i took over for got fired because of sexual harasment. they said he didnt actually do anything wrong that the girl who accused him had a vendetta against him. but she got fired 2 months after him so it makes you wonder.

it just sucks feeling this way. there are a few people here that are not so happy i got promoted so i can see one of them going out of their way to take me down.
