dreaded lower back pumps

One of the mods posted about a milk thystle product that worked to correct that. I am assuming you are speaking of dbol back pumps. I can't remember the mod or the product. Hopefully someone else will remember.
I have gotten them in the past... Hate them!

I've been taking milk thistle and some prov, but by the time 4 pm rolls around I start feeling it bad.
 
I know what you are talking about. I used to get them bad years ago when I did dbol. I haven't used it in a while though. I have degenerative disk disease. I will tell you this. When I fuck up my back it swells a bit and its hard to move. Its like having a dbol pump 24 hours a day. You feel like your 80. I don't miss that... I do miss the quick 20 lbs I put on with 20mgs a day of that stuff though!!! he he...

Oh, I forgot to mention strength and size are awsome. My wife keeps saying how good I look. If only I could walk after 4 PM

After 4pm have her give you a nice back massage. As a thankyou you can donate some of that extra test you have in your system :sperm:
 
Brutal. I am constantly doing lower back stretches during the day at work to try and loosen it up.

But in the gym, forget it. After just one set of squats, everything after that I have to sit down for a minute to relax the lower back.

I have to get some of that Limburger stuff for the next cycle.

I may have to order that. My lower back pumps get out of control on occasion, but have subsided a bit as of late.
 
does that work even if not on dbol? i get lower back pumps from everything especailly when i am playing hockey. really kills me there, can't get low

Yes it does to a certain extent- That stuff has been a lifesaver on this cycle.
its cheap so don't be stingy.

I'm getting them,They hit me hard while doing standing barbell curls, I had to lay down on the bench and try no to scream, I'm only taking 25mgED and have gained about 8 lbs in 2 weeks so I'm gonna fight through the pain......
 
I thought I'd mention I went up a little on the prov and pumps not so bad this afternoon and tonight. Usually when I to take care of the horses at night its pretty brutal. Tonight, not so bad
 
I'm gonna be runnin dbol at low doses this upcoming cycle, but if the pumps get as bad as they have in the past, I'm stopping the dbol. that shit just makes it impossible to get a good workout.

I know what you mean, Try some prov, (50 mg) it seems to be helping. Also keeping bloat down I think. First time dbol so have no comparison except for what I read people posting.

Just got up to go workout. I once again added the prov,nolva, & m thistle. I will know by late this afternoon if it helped again. Keep you guys posted
 
Hear hear. I always kickstart for the 1st 4 weeks of every cycle but end up dropping after less than 3.
Trying doing bent over rows impossible, feel like an invalid
 
I remember the first thread about Limburg. I bought some. Works well!!

I used to get back stiffness during morning runs, but it seems to cut down on them.
 
Well its afternoon and i'm not crippled by back pumps. I think going up from 25mg to 50mg on the prov may be doing the trick. Just thought i'd share the info with you guys
 
another day, another workout. The energy seems back and back pumps seem much better since starting to 50mg prov and nolva. I can't profess to know why, but it is definetely helping. Did anyone else besides me fuck up there diet totally yesterday?

I dropped bent over rows last week...doing one arms BD rows with one knee on the bench instead.

Pudding, I am thinking I am going to up the prov to 50mg as well. 25mf isn't doing shit.

Try throwing around packed bails of hay for a while with the pumps. I was inventing new ways to do it. I hope the higher dose of prov works for you. Again I not quite sure of the scientific reason behind it, but the 50mg prov along with nolv seem to be making a difference. The pumps are still there, but they are tolerable.
