Dramatic fat lost substance, has to be ?

Yeah I know HGH is out there...So are there any that are safe yet still highly effective. Or should I say safer than others. I know nothing in this game is 100% safe.
 
clen is about the most effective "safe" method, it results in around a 15% increase in your metabolism

I was under the impression that gh made the bones of your jaw and forehead grow ONLY if you are predisposed to acromeglia (SP?). This would be an extremely small percentage of the population.
 
Now is clen muscle spairing ? The results from clen do they stay with proper diet ? Ill go read profiles and search of clen. I dont kno much about it yet just because I have never cared but Ill check it out.
 
Diet & Cardio plus T3 , T4, HGH & Clen or varying combinations of these, but you have to include diet and cardio bro, like it or not.

There is nothing you can take while sitting on your ass eating cupcakes & Whopper Value Meals that will rip you up. I know this is the answer you did not want, but it is the troof :)
 
I feel like my trianing and diet are pretty close. Maybe diet but I have diealed that in a lot. I just dont do cardio for more than 15 mins now. Im afraid of losing muscle. But I may ahve to result more towards tuffer cardio...
 
As for 15 minutes of cardio, anything less than 45 minutes is not effective for me.

As for combos with positive effects question, yes I have but you wont like my answer.

When I eat less carbs (not atkins - just less sugar & bread), more protein and do cardio for 45 minutes to an hour at least 4 days a week I shred fat fast. I like riding bikes, but prefer running 50 yard sprints and bleachers. (diet & cardio is my preferred combo) ;)

DNP may work if you dont want to put in the effort, but I would not say it is safe.
