Dr. script 1st cycle in 6 years need help

Hi guys I'm new here. I have a script for the protocol below, please give me you honest advice. I am really looking for feedback that can reference points of research. For example if there are ooks on diet, cycles, or threads on the forum i should read, any help at all would be great. I spent a lot of money on this and want to do it right.



stats

30 years old
5'11
201 lbs
15-18% body fat
a lot of fat around the mid section

diet example:
8:00am
2 whole grain toasts (egg whites on top) no salt,no oil, no butter.
1/4 cantaloupe
1 glass skim milk
5 free form amino acid pills


11:00am
2 rice cakes plain
low fat cottage cheese
1 grapefruit
2 glasses of water
protein shake

2-3pm
canned tuna with lemon juice
8 fresh baby carrots
half an avocado
multi vitamin pack


6pm
boneless skinless chicken breast
broccoli steamed
2 glasses skim milk
5 free form amino acid pills
protein shake

9-11pm
1 peanut butter rice cake
protein shake
water


test cyp 200mg inject 1ml per week

nandrolone decanoate 200mg inject 1/2 ml

HCG 11,000 units inject 1ml per week sub q

Anastrozole 1.1mg 1 cap mon,wed,fri

stanazolol 50mg caps 1 cap daily

oxandrolone 25mg caps 2 caps everyday 1pm 1am

sermorelin 6mg inject 300mcg daily sub q

b-12 inject 1ml a week



i was told my diet is WAY WRONG, but had no tips on how to change it.
 
not much protein in there, add up your macro's and give them to us. fats, carbs, and protein.
not much fat in there also. if you unhappy with your fat around your midsection, do some AM cardio on empty stomach a few days a week to get leaner.
a first cycle in 6 years, just a test cycle would be enough.
what are the goals of the cycle
what is sermoelin?
how long are you going to cycle for?
what do you have for pct?

umm well on your hcg,how much ius is on ml?you dont want to go over 500 ius a week..

why such a low does of decca?

umm i always liked eating a bigger breakfeats becuase you have all day to burn it off..so i eat something l like this..egg whites only omelet with cut up chikcenbreast and maybe a whole wheat toast

i would cut the rice cakes out of your seocnd meal and include more meat..umm chicken is good,fish is really good to its a lean meat .

those are just my 2 cents,some people that no way more then me should chime in soon enough
