Dr.-prescribed Testosterone

Well did you get your estrogen measured with your T? Gaspari's product has the best research data from what I have seen but others are probably good as well you could try either PP sustain or AR's newest product.

I think u may find it challenging to get your T levels low enuf to get an Rx. Its impossible to say what your levels will do in response to lowering strategies, as NM suggested taking exogenous steroid is the best method although this can throw off your reading (high) as well. Sleep deprivation and hard drinking have been also suggested as methods to temporaly lower T levels.
My estradiol level was 33 pg/ml which is within normal range. Does this indicate "normal" SHBG levels? The only number out of normal range was pregnenolone at 203 ng/dl (normal range for males over 18 is 23-173).

Ok, no one has bothered asking....how old are you and why do you want your doctor to prescribe you test with numbers like that? Those are healthy values for most guys in their 20's-30's. If you're looking to "cycle legally", you're only gonna get enough for HRT purposes, so why bother shutting yourself down for that if you're "healthy"?
I'm 37 and am considering T enhancement because I am disappointed with my results (fat loss and muscle gain) over the last 2 years. I've tried various systems of working out and nutrition (e.g., Cyclic Ketogenic Diets, various macro ratios, HIT, HIIT, etc.) over the last two years and have seen very little change in my body.

I have stubborn fat around my mid-section that remains despite aggressive cutting programs. And I have not been able to add lean mass during bulking programs. Given my efforts I expected more change in my body so I suspected that something hormonal may be wrong which is why I had the blood tests done. But the only thing that showed up abnormal seems to be the low ratio of Free to Total T (and high pregnenolone).

If, in a recent blood test, Total T is 568 ng/dl and Free T is 14.1 pg/ml is it possible to manipulate the next blood test to get T to measure below normal (in order for the Dr. to prescribe T)? I heard deprivation of sleep, food, and sex for 3-4 days before the blood test will lower T. Can this approach work with the natural levels I mentioned earlier or are those numbers too high for this to work? Any other ideas? Also, for the numbers given, Free T as a % of Total T is only 0.25%. That seems low. Shouldn't it be around 2%? What do you think that means?

Winstrol at 75mg ed for a few days below the test will lower it substantially.

your estrogen is within normal, but higher than optimal. i believe optimal would be around 15. if you bring down your estrogen you should see a nice improvement in free T to total T ratios. have you tried any anti-estrogen strategies?

I haven't tried any anti-estrogen strategies yet, but I'm beginning to think that I should head in that direction instead of T Rx. I am researching the anti-estrogen supps you suggested earlier: Unleashed, Novedex, 6-OXO, etc.

How do anti-estrogen supps improve Free T levels? Is it because Estrogen increases SHBG which then binds with T to make it unavailable? Or does it cause less T to be converted to Estrogen thereby increasing Total and Free T?

Take 20 mgs of dianabol for one week and stop 3 days before the test. Then don't sleep before you give blood. You'll be low.
Right on. I did it with test but that will work too. My natural levels were borderline and docs were acting like pricks and not doing anything for it so I had to take matters into my own hands.

Yes 2 proven things will lower your Test actually 3 First is pain killers like Percoset,Methadone,2nd Marijuana 3rd Beer before you test drink a lot of beer

yeah man. You have higher test than me and im 24. IVe been thinkin about HRT too though, if i cant get mine up naturally within 1 year

Man, it's easy as hell. Go to your local nutrition store and pick up a nice strong pro hormone. Most legit places usually have something that pushes the boundary of illegal. Anyways, take that for a week or so and get your test levels above normal. Stop taking the pro hormones a few days to a week before your blood test. You test levels will be far below normal. The idea behind steroids is that it puts your test levels far beyond normal which causes your natural production of testosterone to completely stop. So once you stop taking steroids your test levels will be abnormally low since your body has stopped producing testosterone. Thus, creates the need for post cycle therapy. Anywho, so if you have steroids on hand or a good pro hormone product, you can manipulate your test levels abnormally low. Really, all that talk about not eating, sleeping and sex isn't going to get you prescribed test. It might drop your test levels a little, but definitely not low enough to something that would make your doctor prescribe you testosterone. So if you feel like getting the REAL DEAL prescribed, I suggest you do the above steps. Has worked for every person I know who has tried it
