down to 190 now. Here is a lil show of progress

Thank you qt. The before's are from Jan, so this is 4 months into working out and 2 months on the diet. 28 lbs total loss. I am like 4 lbs away from my ideal lean mass, but really want to loose more of the gut. Not sure much is coming off. Maybe like after 2 years of this. I cant wait to see what I am looking like in like 3 more months.

Are you still on that starvation diet?

If I was you I would up the protein and good fats ASAP and keep the cardio.

You are still in the state where you can burn fat and build muscle easily!

I'm tellin ya, UP the protein and cals (good ones), lots, keep lifting and doing the cardio
you will turn into something you didn't think was possible....
 
nice dude....build a bit of muscle, that'll burn the fat off of you.

as chewy said, i hope you upped your protein
 
Keep in mind the more muscle you have the more cals you burn by doing nothing

Gain some more muscle and the extra food you eat -- she gone -- as long as it's quality.

In the meantime that extra protein will get ya something worthwhile

Not the starvation diet. I suppliment with portein when I cant eat a meal. But try to eat 5 or 6 times a day. Lots of chicken, brwn rice, veggies. I was scared that if I upped my calories and ate more my weight loss would stop. The reality was that I lost more weight eating more. Plus it gave me a ton more enegry when in the gym.

Pants are not at all. It kinda sucks that I will have to go out and buy a lot of new stuff. went from like a 38 waist to 34 right now. Some of my work clothes look like a potato sack with a rope tied around the top.
 
I suggest DNP and or Cocaine along with 2gms protien per lb or lean body mass per day...

Modest. As usual. It did actually in a way. If your former fat ass could get in shape, So can mine
