hey guys, ive been thinking about starting a double-split routine, with a w/o in the afternoon and another one in the evening. i was gonna do two different body parts, but i read that charles poliquin recommends doin the same bodypart twice, but with different rep schemes each time. wat do u guys think should i do two bodyparts or the same one twice?? thanx

I don't know anything about you in terms of background info, but I wouldn't recommend something like this either, pro bodybuilders do it, since it is their job, and they have the drugs to get them through it, as well as the time to do nothing else with their day, but eat and lay around and sleep, watch TV, play video games, etc...Some world class olympic lifters and athletes do this, but the o-lifters usually don't usually do a full workout per say at all sessions, and pro athletes often run at one workout, lift at another, and do drills/practice for their sport at others......if you work, go to school, have kids, have a life outside of training, etc, you'll get burned out real REAL quick, physically and mentally hitting the weightroom twice a day.
