Does anyone have any experience with the AG dostinex? how does it make sex better?
Also how does the accutane work?

No personal experience with Dostinex, but I'm going to get some next week to see for myself. Dostinex works by decreasing prolactin levels, which is released after ejaculation. The decreased serum prolactin level increases libido and cuts the refractory period between orgasms.

As with many of these drugs, there are caveats. Dostinex is only approved for use in the US for the treatment of hyperprolactemia, it is used for Parkinson's in other countries. It has been associated with heart valve damage at doses greater than 3mg daily and the jury is still out on low dose long term use. I suspect Pfizer will face an onslought of law suits over the next 5 years and withdraw the drug from the US market.

I suspect that Dostinex effectiveness depends very much on the individual. I tried it a couple of years ago and it was no help at all. If anything, it seemed to slightly decrease libido. Multiple orgasms have never been possible for me, and Dostinex didn't change that. YMMV.

Interesting....what a wide variation of results we see with different meds. I guess I'm the total oddball, I go semi-auto on Deca.
