hey dont the sweetners contain dextrose n malto? if they are ok to have on low carb wont they cause an insulin rise? its 0 calories but what if you use 7 packs?

hmm i have never heard of equal before, but most artificial sweetners dont contain sugars. They contain molucles which taste sweet but which the body doesnt digest as sugar.

Zero calories? The Equal I buy says it has 2 cals. per serving.....

stupid low carb diets

i just feel that this diets just hurt u more, dam moderate carbs is better as long as your at your calorie needs to wont have to worry
so what fat makes u full,i was on keto diet and my total cals were 1800 and i still felt hungry and i had shit load of fatty foods i eamn so much egg yorks and porkchops and i was still starving

i found out that equal is NOT guilt free! 1 sache has 16kj, and 1g carb!! i was having heaps - thinking it was all fine, but if ure counting carbs drop the equal..
