My girlfriend wants to take winny or anavar to harden up and lean out but I haven't really had too much experience giving girls AS, so I was wondering if anybody on here can tell me some safe dosages for her so that she doesn't turn into a man!!

What genarr3 said. There is tons of info and personal experiences on the womens forum. That question should be definately be answered by a woman because they react much differently to AS than men.
