only docs on here are Dr. Bermant (plastic surgeon) and i think Dr. Blau (also plastic surgeon)

perhaps there are family/friends of members who are doctors though who might be able to give you insight

I have docs in my family but they are my dad's brothers. Kinda wanted an un-edited opinion on....EVERYTHING. They still think im 14,lol.

I am afraid of the test...big time. I am not even a little bit afraid of school. I can learn just fine when I know WHAT to study. I hear this test is just all over the place!

Almost. Gotta finish up this year. I still need to take a genetics, biochem...and a few other things because it is a private college(I need to take a Christianity class). I am mostly finished for the pre-med because when I was a chem. major..the classes were about the same as required for med. school.

How much have you been studying?


6 months is plenty of time to study for it. When you get to med school, you'll learn to cover the same amount of material (and in greater detail) in 1 month...

if you dont get in, you can always become a dentist....that's what my buddy did.

he ended up specializing in endo, and should be making ~300k/year

I have an uncle who isnt making the coin he used to do malpractice insurance going up. He moved due out his trama 1 hospital due to high costs

The LSAT wasn't hard.

The MCAT will take lots of studying.
If you have the money, you should really take a prep course - just to get a refresher in all the bio fun you have forgotten.
