don't want to overdo it

So I am new to all this but I want to be sure not to overdo anything. All I want is to look a little more lean and put on some weight to have a more of an athletic look, not trying to look like the hulk... yet haha. Anyways, I am 21 and looking to do HGH or one of the peptides that promotes its release because it should help with loosing fat and gaining lean muscle and maybe coupling it with something like HCG so I would be producing my own testosterone. I know its used for PCT but it would increase test levels and reduce estrogen naturally from what I understand. I think that coupled with HGH might be the approach I am looking for as a way to start. I would love to hear some feedback on this idea.
 
No offense bro but you have a lot to learn before you start taking anything you mentioned.

HGH at your age is a waste of money unless your looking for your pro card. You dont need HCG while on HGH because HGH doesnt hinder natural; test production and it will actually raise test levels thereby increasing estrogen.

How and how long have you been training? Whats your diet like?

Thanks for the link RADAR, I will definitely try increasing my intake of fats. I didn't realize how important that was. Also, I wasn't interested in trying hcg because I thought the HGH would affect my natural testosterone, I simply thought that maybe it could help increase my natural production of it. When I read a lot of the content on these sites sometimes I forget that its not always directed towards my age group. I do want to try to do everything as natural as possible though and I'm not looking to use any hormones if its not necessary, so if anyone has any suggestions for ways to increase my test levels with different strategies or foods I would appreciate any info.
 
Radar hooked me up with a link that helped me gain weight. Follow it and I promise you'll see results without touching anything but food and weights. I went from 117lbs to 150 in a few short months. It's all in diet and routine. Make sure you eat plenty. I intake about 4200 calories off of 6 meals throughout the day and lots of fluids. Healthy fats, complex carbs, and high amounts of protein will work magic on your physique. Your body produces an amount of testosterone that these older bb are seeking so that should tell you that it's a waste of money for you to run cycles. HGH is very expensive so go natty for quite a while and listen to what these guys tell you. They know what they are talking about. I have a nutritionist to help me now for my mma carrier and he tells me the exact same thing these guys do
 
Start by adding whey protien, creatine, BCAA's maybe something like dermacrine somewhere soon down the road. Shoot me a pm if you need a hand.
