yup, his fault though. Rushed to beat a yellow light and failed. I had green and he panicked and stomped the brakes

I was in a heavy ass moving truck full of shit from home....not sure what my gross weight was but I'd eyeball it around 18k lbs. Barely damaged it at all, just bent the bumper in a little and cracked the fiberglass hood. Tore a bunch of my shit up in the back though. Fucking TV is shattered and some badass chairs and a table that are like 200 years old are pretty much ruined

Yeah insurance should cover it, but the dining set is something that has been in my family since like 1802 or some shit and is probably fucking worthless to anyone not related to me.
