6'1 190 12% 25yr old
Need some help from experienced members, I came off a triple sarm stack 4 days ago and am in PCT. Now I'm noticing I need to put on some muscle, but also want to be at 10% body fat (so i would like to recomp)
With so many things out there i don't know what to use, i would prefer not to pin, which i know limits my options significantly. I have read about helladrol, katana, var, tbol, can someone point me in the right direction as to which supp would be the best to achieve: ~8 pounds muscle gain, 4-6 pounds fat loss in 2 months.
I've used var before and liked it, but ive used it twice so not sure if it's effectiveness will now be less than what it was which is why i wanted to try something new.
