ok so from www.anabolical.com 27.50 will get you 50grams which lasts 10 days at 5 grams a day. so you are spending a little over $85 a month on it? i guess i have been out of the loop on this stuff.

The one problem that all these places have is that they are selling you a mixture of r and s ALA. These mixtures are not 50-50 and they don't have to tell you how much r (which is the one that works) you are actually getting. So if you find that your results and sides vary from batch to batch that's why. All of the research done was done with the r and all the research done with the s was very disappointing. Thus the s is very cheap and used as almost a filler in the cap with the r in terms of what you need it for.

I didn't mean to step your toes there bro. I know you're selling quite a bit of the mixture and it's very economical. But it is not as effective as the r by itself and a short search at Medline will tell you that.
I just re-read my post and I don't see where I said no one is getting any results. What I said was people are getting varied results. Just look at the posts here in the last two weeks where you have half the people saying it's great and half saying it's all hype. That alone proves my point. All the studies showing the s ALA to be ineffective have been posted here a dozen times so I am not going to dig all that up again. The r ALA is not unstable. It is what is used by the entire medical community working on ALA research and it is the type that the researchers recommend to physicians.

Don't get me wrong, Anabolical.com did deliver fast (2 days). But if I take 1-500mg ALA cap from them and compare it to 5-100mg caps from KiloSports it doesn't seem to measure up when eye-balling them.
I didn't break open the caps and measure them on the scale, but don't see how they would equal out. Anyone notice this or have an explanation why anabolical appears to be less.

It's all in the filler. If you get the nature's purest 100mg for example it looks the same as the 300mg. If you pour them out they look the same. It's just how much filler they use to fill up the cap.
