Target date is Nov 1.......219 at 12% at the moment.

If anyone is interested I'll post up bi-weekly weigh-ins and bf.

Breakfast - 4 eggs - 5 strips of bacon
Lunch 2 cans tuna - 10 crackers
half gallon of water so far

Could you Re-Post that Diet?

I see where you're doing some type of cutting low carb diet.. Could you post it or repost if you already have?

Looking for something effective, extreme but sane to drop some weight.

Thanks!

Corn- How often you planning to refeed?

Ok - 206 today at 9%

Lost 7.8 pounds of fat...refeeds every 4th day......carbs stay low during the strict days - averaging about 75 grams - cramming the ala in - very vascular....4 weeks left...hope to be around 6-7% at about 200-204

refeed

corn, i thought this diet did not have a refeed, if you are doing one can you list what a refeed might look like.:p

sure.....on a refeed day - I still get my 200 grams of protein in, but I drop the fat and replace with carbs....

Big bowl of cereal in the morning
Steamed rice for lunch and dinner
Maybe a little icecream before bed.

On the refeeds - 500 mg ala each meal - 2500-3000 per day

On low carb days I still do 250 mg each meal

If I've been keeping track correctly, you've done this in less than two weeks. Is that correct?

How much pro/fat/carbs do you take in on your diet days? I remember this diet called for like 300+pro a day.

Since the 21st....yes......

I also realized that I didn't mention 200 mg of a GOOD fatburner ed......

Diet

200 grams protein
75 grams carbs
75-100 grams of fat

Example:

Bacon and whole eggs for breakfast - one piece of toast
8-12 oz of chicken breast for lunch
Post W/O shake - 75 grams carbs 25 grams carbs
Dinner - salad with flax oil, chicken or beef, small baked potato

Snacks - 4 tablespoons of peanut butter daily

not too bad - power is down a bit but that's to be expected.......ripped Fuel helps on the drag days

this diet will simply not work. you may get down to 8 or 9 but when u come off the diet youll balloon right back where u started. you will cheat, and youll be one hungry fat beatch.

Really...and why is this??

Does the law of Thermodynamics as it applies to energy in versus energy out apply to everyone but me??

Interesting.

Corn: What are you're measurements right now? I seem to remember you bring 6'1 and having about 18 inch guns so being only 204lbs would be hard to see, especially as your legs aren't exactly sticks...

They are 18.5 at 215....right now they are about 17.5 cold....NO pump and of course no glycogen storage either.

If I remember correctly, the refeeds will help set the metabolism so that a rebound coming off teh diet won't occur...could be wrong though.

201 at around 8% - different technician........she read 15 - lol - I have been doing it myself using inkmarks for consistency....carbed up today and veins are everywhere

8% w/ calipers? I got tested at 11%, then 3 days later just below 8%. That was almost 3 weeks ago, and I'm about 7 lbs. lighter. Wonder what I'm at now...

high carb meals - I have stretched that out to every 6=-8 days - eat tons of carbs with a lot of ala

Cornholio

You use dextrose on refeed day? Another question: Is your refeed related to any type of workout? i mean, is it in an Off day?

Thanks and keep going.

Yeah - I'll use Celltech on the refeeds...the carbs ups are always on back or leg days after the wo.

199 at 7.6% last nite........the 200 mg fat burner run ends today...adding in massive cardio and a touch of T-3 for the next 2.5 weeks.....anxious to get the water.......any idea on time length - I hear 7-10 days to dump the yohimburn retention

197 at 7.6 - water still hanging around...the BIG fat burner phase is over - anxious for the water to come off

way to go!!!

way to go on the fat loss. So far you went from 12 to around 7 percent (give or take)... Are your abs poppin out yet??? What are your plans for after the diet???? I have been following crums diet and have had success as well.. i like it becuase of the ease in knowing what you are supposed to eat.... Getting that food down is a different story...

think i'll give it a try. ive tried doing keto diets three times and never finished them because of the lethargy. strength loss isnt a big deal but it sucks to be tired throughout the day. i was told to consume more fat to prevent lethargy. i did that as well and still felt dead tired. hopefully this one will do wonders

wait youre eating toast and potatos. didnt crumb say to eat carbs only after workouts, and no other time? aside from refeed days of course

...modified crum diet is more accurate - carbs between 50-75 grams

Bumping this up.... Your results were awesome and this should show some of the fatties on the boars (such as myself) what can be done with some diet and self discipline....

wow - thank you.

There is a thread on the anabolic board with b-4 and afters
