WOW!!! is all i can say.
I've been running 2 times a day. Right after i wake up on an empty stomach, and a couple hours before i goto sleep. Been doing this for a couple weeks, and the outline of my abs are coming back!
I only run a couple miles: it follows around my whole neighborhood, and its mostly uphill.. its killer! It takes a good 25 mins to make it all the way around with no walking.
My lifting has been suffering lately though
but i HAVE to be in great shape by sept. 24th. gonna see the family and i have to look good.. you know how it is. 
oh yeah... the pain in the calves never goes away. lol... that sucks.. but i've found that concentrating deeply on my breathing and having my mp3 player full blast seems to take my mind off of it. whatever works eh?
