WOW!!! is all i can say.

I've been running 2 times a day. Right after i wake up on an empty stomach, and a couple hours before i goto sleep. Been doing this for a couple weeks, and the outline of my abs are coming back!

I only run a couple miles: it follows around my whole neighborhood, and its mostly uphill.. its killer! It takes a good 25 mins to make it all the way around with no walking.

My lifting has been suffering lately though :( but i HAVE to be in great shape by sept. 24th. gonna see the family and i have to look good.. you know how it is. :D

oh yeah... the pain in the calves never goes away. lol... that sucks.. but i've found that concentrating deeply on my breathing and having my mp3 player full blast seems to take my mind off of it. whatever works eh?

People don't overtrain - they under recover. Maybe combine your two workouts into one before you injure yourself?

And I am a little curious - how can it be 'mostly' up hill? Doesn't it have to have a net zero change?

...yeah i know all about overtraining and under recovering :( i'm straight. no worries.. when the body says "take abreak" i do it.

its almost unbelievable, but only about 8-10% of the run is downhill.. it starts downhill then slopes upward all the way around the neighborhood, and a block away from where i start it slopes back down dramatically. its like san francisco!

crazyness

If you start and end in the same place it has to be 50/50% :)

i wasnt directing that totally at you bro, there were three posts questioning him. After the 3rd I was like WTF. Oh yeah I am overly sensitive YOU GOT A PROBLEM WITH THAT!??!! LOL :evil:

I started doing 2x cardio as well, my feet were really blistered by the end of the first week mainly because I didnt change my socks enough and keep my feet dry, but yeah its a killer.

@Distortion:
I have really sweaty feet too while running. I recently bought a few pair of X-Socks (check here) and while they're a bit expensive (12 euro) I no longer have problems with sweat and / or blisters.
