Just started this yesterday. I've been considering it for over a year now, but was too stubborn to change. I figured like Dogg said if I couldn't full on commit then whats the point. I took some time to read all I could about it. Printed off all the good reads to have at my disposal and re-read them daily. Planned my routines and chose my excercises. First work out yesterday on the program and it went pretty well. Very much looking forward to reaping some of the results I've been hearing of. I have been working out for 12 years now and just needed a change of pace. My joints hurt all the time and my gains are slow.
I would love to hear some personal accounts of some of your progress from those of you who have both been on the program for years or even just a couple weeks.
How have things changed while "on" vs. "off'?
I currently am on, and am curious about recovery. Even while "off" I run HRT. I wanna jump right into the 4 day a week plan or just skip the 2 rest days on the weekends, but I don't wanna get in over my head right away.
