DogCrapp Training?

Any one have any ideas on what this is? Is it effective? What is the diet like?

its basically for a person who is fully dedicated to bb'ing and is not for someone who is trying to use this in combination with sports or other things

I won't get into the definition of DC training (because it would take forever and I'm not really too familiar with it...)

BUT my boyfriend did it and it was AWESOME. Both of us have incorporated some of the principles into our current workouts. I would just suggest really reading up on it/truly understanding it before you try to attempt it. It takes A LOT of dedication and drive.

Good luck!

How much size did you and your significant others add? I have a basic idea of it now. I may try it out once I have a better understadning. What should I add with diet? More protien? carbs? what? Thanks guys

Jamie

DC is not some cookie cutter program. It is an actual lifestyle. You can not casually train DC. Everything you do in and outside of the gym is geared towards maximal growth and recovery. You can not train DC and play flag football or pick up basketball on the weekend.

The dietary protocals for DC are extreme just like the training. This is a maximal size program. 2.5-3 times bodyweight in protein everyday no matter what. DC doesn't advocate calorie counting only protein counting. Get your 3x bodyweight of protein daily and let everything else fall into place. You will need a boatload of complex carbs too.

If you are serious about giving this a shot head over to IntenseMuscle.com - Powered by vBulletin and check out the doggpound forum. I read everything I could there for three months before I started my first blast. I still managed to fuck it up. Read! Read! Read!

I managed to add 30 pounds in eight months training DC last year. It wasn't all lbm but it was more than I expected as a natty. I would not train DC again unless on AAS.

+1 on all of this. I had incredible results even in and after a PCT.

Just a heads up, don't post any questions in the doggpound until you feel very comfortable with dante's concepts. They don't hold hands over there. If you say something like "Can i add some shrugs for my traps". Expect to get hammered lol.

Just looking out for you bro :)
