Does this workout sound Crazy?

First of your suppose to drink like a gallon of milk a day
Squats
1x20 of a weight u norm. do 10 times

Pullovers
1x20 not too heavy of a weight

Mind u are suppose to take 3 deep breaths bettween sets

Bench
3x6to8 heavy

Chins
2x whatever u can do

Rows
2x8to10

press
2x8to10

curls
2x8to10

calfs
2x18to20

crunches
1x25

You are suppose to do this three times a week and it will put 20 to 25 lbs of muscle on u in 2 months

Now i've been on this for almost a month and i've gained 10lbs but im not sure if thats all muscle

cookie cutter program. supposed to do this, and that. you can throw those out the window.
 
Looks like the super squats program. I did that in highschool and loved it. Those 20 rep squats will kill you. It put a lot of size on me.

a half of who????? lol...you guys get that low carb milk (low sugar too = low lactose, but still 12g of protein) you'd be SLAMMING a gallon a day...no prob....
 
You're also like 280 b Fold :) I didn't mean drinking a gallon a day is bad, I just meant if you drank a gallon a day and gained 10 pounds some of that would almost certainly be fat.
 
Is this going to be another one of those EF threads where the 200 lb'ers tell the 300 lb elite athletes that what they're doing is wrong?
