So how would the people on top be normal? After all you would have nuclear fallout with extremely high levels of radiation for many years to come.

maybe all radiation went into the ground...


Or worse... What if it was not a nucelar fallout? What if comet hit the earth? So guys on the top would still remain "normal" looking other than being 4 feet high... And when you live in dark caves for 800,000 years no doubt you would mutate....

And I read this "STUPID" idea about scientists trying to solve Global Warming by moving earth farther from the sun by "holding onto" a gravitational pull of comets and such...

ANY SIMILIARITIES? By late 21st and ealt 22nd century with all new tech it should be possible.....
