does arimidex lose its effect?

i started to take arimidex 2 weeks before i started my cycle of d-bol eq and aratest. i plan on taking it weeks 1-12 for a total of 14 weeks. will it lose its effect for taking it so long? im taking pretty high dosages too .5 to a gram day. im prone to gyno and im taking 65mg of d-bol a day but so far the arimidex is working like a charm. its only been a couple of days though.

You should be fine. I have never heard that kind of thing hapening to anyone before.
