Does anyone use creatine year-round?

I do. Only on work-out days (4 days/week). I take 5 grams PRIOR to my workout (does much better for me than post w/o).

Any worries?
 
I can only feel the pump if I take it continuously, 4d ew wouldn't work for me. I don'r see anything wrong with taking 5gm ed, unless kidney function is a problem.
 
I take it for most of the year. 10g (5g/pre 5g/post) during bulking season, 20g (5g/pre 10g/post 5g/later on in the day) during cutting season. Been working for me
 
It only works for me if I cycle off. After being on for about 3 months, I lose that creatine pump & seem to lose some strength. If I cycle off & start again after 2-3 months, boom, I get that pump +strength & weight gains again.
 
Couldn't hurt ya. Drink plenty of water. Creatine never really has done anything great for me though. Glutamine seems to work much better for me.
 
Personally I never stop using creatine. Never been an issue with me. Dont forget your body produces minimal ammounts of creatine without supplementation of it, so its not like you'll fuck yourself up on the inside if you dont cycle it. Your body can only absorb 7grams of creatine per day anyhow, regardless of how much you take. I take 5grams pre, and 5 grams post.. Seems to work fine. Its cheap.. so why not take it?

A buddy of mine who has competed in numerous shows comes off it 2 weeks out of his shows just to drop that last bit of water and he's known for coming in very dry/dialed. I guess it all just depends on how your body reacts to things.. No 2 people will be exactly the same. best way of going about things would be to just try them yourself, simple as that
