Personally I never stop using creatine. Never been an issue with me. Dont forget your body produces minimal ammounts of creatine without supplementation of it, so its not like you'll fuck yourself up on the inside if you dont cycle it. Your body can only absorb 7grams of creatine per day anyhow, regardless of how much you take. I take 5grams pre, and 5 grams post.. Seems to work fine. Its cheap.. so why not take it?
A buddy of mine who has competed in numerous shows comes off it 2 weeks out of his shows just to drop that last bit of water and he's known for coming in very dry/dialed. I guess it all just depends on how your body reacts to things.. No 2 people will be exactly the same. best way of going about things would be to just try them yourself, simple as that
