Does anyone use anti-e's year round?

I read an article about Arimidex suppressing estrogen. It supprised me that the writer said Arimidex can actually work too well causing a strong anabolic effect. Why is this bad? I'm guessing that he is talking about post cycle....and that it can prevent your body from getting back to normal. Has anyone every tried to suppress their estrogen level year round? is it worth the money? what would you recommend for prive vs results?
