does anyone think that palumbos methods are good?

i dont know, i see the loss of sex drive as the worst thing to have post cycle

A friend of mine is doing exactly that. I think it makes complete sense. Since it is believed that the body has a set point, wouldnt it make sense once you put on 20lbs to keep on the drugs for atleast 4-5 months so your body can get used to this. Lets say in 2 months of test and fina you put on 25lbs, then for 4 months you cruise at lower doses, workhard cut it up etc, when you are done you put on 20lbs of muscle and lost 10lbs of fat. You have 4 months to get into the new eating pattern to keep these gains. I think for long cycles I like the DOGCRAP idea on that. Basicly 4 weeks of good drugs, then cruise for 2 at say 250-300 with a ton of clomid, then go back on. I know it works because Ive tried it out.

if you want to make perpertual progress, you have to stay perpetually anabolic. As far as sex drive goes, that will depend on the person, some get severe supresion from only few weeks of tren use, others recover very quickly after years of gear abuse
 
1st off dave is one hell of a bright guy...........He is open and honest......About time some Pro is...........As far as his GH use he does not abuse..No more then 7-10 iu a day..........Thats a Fact..I ahve Known him for at least 8 years........His face has not changed you should see pic when he ran collage track.............Alos as far as the BKing goes.He takes off the bun and its cheeseburgers
 
i agree with dave palumbos theories,
he knows his shit.

long cycyles are the long way to go, he told me that i should go for 7-8 months and then see how i feel and take it from there...
 
I'm

with him on the longer cycle thing. Bodybuilders have been staying on for long cycles for years and most are fine. I don't mean taking the amounts of some of the pros, but just extending a "normal cycle".

I think it all balances out in the end. When cycling you don't drink, smoke, you eat better, etc.

No doubt if you weren't on you might have less problems if you followed the same regimine.

I mean who would be healthier, the average american or a person who did a long cycle and made the sacrifices that come along with gear use(good diet, exercise, rest)?
