Palumbo's a FREAK.

palumbo is a very inteligent man, all you have to do is hear ronnie coleman speak and you will instantly know that there isnt that much that you can learn from him, palumbo is a direct opposite

yea, I've heard that ronnie's not the sharpest tool in the shed:D
I've actually only seen palumbo in MD, his body scares me.

Palumbo's method's

First of all it all depends on what your body composition is and your goals in bodybuilding. Do you want to look like Dave Palumbo, Nasser, Dorian, etc. Or are you more interested in the Flex Wheeler, Shawn Ray look, more asthetic. I guess you can take Dave's advice and stay on your cycle as long as you wish, but even if you do stay on for 6-7 months, it doesn't mean your going to look like him. C'mon, that takes years and years of work, not just staying on a cycle 6 months at a time.

Secondly, Dave is one of the nicest guy's I know in the sport along with Matt(y) Duval. (I guess that's why they are such good friends too. they both have class and always seem to find tiime to speak with anyone and everyone that asks. It would be nice to see these two guys go pro and set new standards for some of the dickheads that are already pro and think they are God's, which they aren't.

"Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence, talent will not, nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not. Unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan "press on" has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race." -Calvin Coolidge-

In all honesty I like his methods. I do not want to be a competitive bodybuilder but I like the idea of longer more moderate cycles. Well moderate to him is really high for me though. This year for example I have been on for several months now on moderate doses. Staying around the gram range and lower. I like slower more consistent gains that your body has a chance to adapt to rather than blowing it up then coming off. It all depends on you though. Last year for example I completed 2 cycles almost back to back. First one was for about 3 months with a 5 week break in between followed by another 2 1/2 months. Post cycle I had no serious crash. Sex drive was still there although not as high as when I was on but it was normal.

Now im thinking for spring and summer is when I will juice then fall and winter go off and just train naturally and eat good and rest good and try and maintain and grow as much as possible. I mean last year I was 205-210 during my cycle as I was dieting and taking fat burners as well and the winter coming up I went up to 244 all natural. I was stronger than I was on a cycle but then again I was also alot more bulky. You just have to figure out what works best for you and stick with it. Only through trial and error will you figure it out. I know how my body works and imo 2 drugs at a time for several months then changed at moderate doses makes more sense to me than overloading the body with 3-6 different drugs at higher doses for a short period than coming off.
