First two sets are strict with a tight contraction then last two or three go hard and heavy and see how much you can lift. Very tough routine.
I use this routine myself a couple of times a year, i only last no more than six weeks because its "nasty". After four or six weeks you should be fucked and ready to die. Take a week off then next routine.

I just want more critques than just one. This seems good to me, does it look good to you all?? If so, i'm going to check out some place to show me how to do the exercises err new exercises that i didnt do on the last routine with proper form. I'm glad i came back, it should help me out tons.. but now, i got to go eat a steak.
As I remember, there were 2 of them that were being passed around. I think you were standing up (maybe in a door-way) and wearing sunglasses. How's that, sockboy?
