Does anyone still remember me??

Hey, after like 5 monthes of being gone, i decided to come back.. Does anyone remember me, or am i just a nobody again, my other screen names where ~, and brumans. A lot of new people here. And the new features here are awesome. Out of the like 35 people here online, i only know 6 of em, whether they hated me or not. Well, just wanted to say hi again.. and I need help finding a new routine which i'll post on the training board in like 20 minutes or so!
 
yea, i'm getting to be old. I'm 13 now, going into the 8th grade.. I was here since I was 12. Posted two batches of pics.. And yes, i remember you guys!
 
hey steel beast, no more pics yet... there probably coming sometime in september. and i'm in a bulking phase right now. I think about 20 more pounds will do... i guess i better get eating.

You guys are going to help me on the routine right! Ever since i joined the gym i've been staying to this routine, which i've been on for about 6 monthes!! I deeply need a change!!

Anyway, i hope i can get a digital camera soon so I can take pictures any time i want too!!
 
muhahhahahhahahah right now i'm like five feet, (which is kinda short for my age) and around 123 lbs. And pretty lean. And trust me, thats pretty big for the kids in my grade who are like 5'5 and only 100lbs. =). I'll try to post new pics soon.

Does the routine that one person gave me on the training thread look all right for me? Because I'm going to be going in like 1 1/2 hours!! and I want to use a new routine!!

Before I got to go the gym, i'm going to the health food place and get some liquid flax seed oil.. which is extremely sick.:sick:

If your serious about "mass" try this. It'll build a serious foundation of solid muscle and strength, something most beginners neglect.

Mon:
Squat 5x5
Stiff Leg Deadlift 5x5
Bench Press 5x5
Calf Raise 5x5
Bicep Curl 3x10

Tues:
Bent row 5x5
Bench Press 5x5
Shldr Press 5x5
Shrug 5x5
Tricep Pushdown 3x10

Wed:
Off

Thurs:
Squat 5x5
Stiff Leg Deadlift 5x5
Pulldown 5x5
Calf Raise 5x5
Bicep Curl 3x10

Fri:
Bent row 5x5
Bench Press 5x5
Shldr Press 5x5
Shrug 5x5
Tricep Pushdown 3x10

First two sets are strict with a tight contraction then last two or three go hard and heavy and see how much you can lift. Very tough routine.

I use this routine myself a couple of times a year, i only last no more than six weeks because its "nasty". After four or six weeks you should be fucked and ready to die. Take a week off then next routine.

I just want more critques than just one. This seems good to me, does it look good to you all?? If so, i'm going to check out some place to show me how to do the exercises err new exercises that i didnt do on the last routine with proper form. I'm glad i came back, it should help me out tons.. but now, i got to go eat a steak.:p
 
I have more than you can handle that's a sure bet.

I was wishing I was taller. 5'11'' is cool but I would like to be over 6.

I've seen it, sock boy. I've seen bigger. I've seen smaller. It's okay. Nothing to write home about.
 
Lay off my boy super.. He still hasn't gotten over the stud post. That kid has some hams.

Its how you use what you got.

As I remember, there were 2 of them that were being passed around. I think you were standing up (maybe in a door-way) and wearing sunglasses. How's that, sockboy?

Ive said it once, and Ill say it again, don't train too hard or you might be stuck at 5 feet, stick with lighter training with about 10 reps per exercise. Tht routine the other guy gave might be too advanced, Id cut out the deadlifts at your age and just squat the bar until you fail
 
Deadlifts are staying.. i need em.

And about the routine above, A lot of different people have a lot of different opinions, some people in my gym say 12 is way to many reps, and if i want mass i got to go down to 5 reps or something close to that. Some people believe that it will stunt your growth, some believe it is just a myth. I'm not really sure, who else thinks the routine is too hard, advanced, heavy, ex.

its up to you, but are you willing to take the chance? or are you content at that height?
 
I want to get taller, but I dont believe that deadlifts would make me stay at the same heighth. So i doubt it will so i am going to continue doing it unless I know something is wrong. So to answer your question, i guess i'm taking the "risk".
