As in the anterior, lateral and posterior delts?
On the one hand a lot of bodybuilders seem to believe that the anterior delts get hit enough from their chest workout, with the inclusion of a few sets of OH pressing being the weapon of choice for direct delt stimulation, and similarly the posterior (rear) delts get hit enough from their back workout.
But on the other hand, are the posterior and lateral delts being neglected by the above approach?
So does anybody here do a shoulder workout that consists of more than just some variety of OH pressing and front/lateral raises? Does anyone incorporate direct rear delt work in their shoulder workout for example? Or do most people just like to keep it simple?
Cheers
