does anyone have to use real name when ordering packages?

Unfortunetly I still live with my parents so i can not order gear to my house UNLESS its in my actuall name..My mom is very fair and respectfull to me when it comes to shit in my name because i used to open her shit up in her name and we both made a deal to stop it...anyways, If i used another name then she would open up the package and see all my gear as if i use my own it will be sitting on my bed when i get back from school....So what do you people suggest? anyone have a similar problem like this? How about P.O boxes in a post office, is that good to rent out by any chance?

imo if ur gonna get busted ur gonna get busted, why tack on fraud to the charges. i wouldnt use a po box, try mailboxes etc...theyr better and i dont think theyr in PO format

P.o.box seems like a good idea as long as you didn't have to sign for the package!

A lot of people say to use your real name anyway and I agree with them. Getting a package delivered to either your house or your PO box with a different name can draw some suspicion. I say just stick with using your real name.

You already know the solution to this....

Get a PO box, order domestic from a source that knows how to pack well, and use your real name to be sure your package arrives safely in your box. Almost seems too easy doesn't it?

Just because it has your name on it, doesnt mean you ordered it. If that was the case I could just send 2 oz of meth to everyone I didnt like, call the postal inspector and send them to jail for 10yrs.

Your package is a piece of evidence, but its not enough evidence to send you to jail. Now if they search your house and find empty vials, syringes, price lists and anything that you may have written down... thats a different story.

Use your real name. A fake name isn't going to fool anyone. And unless you don't have ANYTHING(which most people don't) related to gear in your house you'll still be fucked. Why add mail fraud to the charges if you're going down anyway...
