Crampy from Muscle Milk????

This shit has got my stomach in an uproar.......for years all I have used is Optimum Nutrition, and one of my sales guys let me try one of his Cookie's and Cream Muscle Milk shakes........A. two scoops only gives 30 some odd grams of protein B. It's lactose free. So I can't figure out what's killing me........

i'm glad i'm not tired of Optimum yet, I was considering trying muscle milk too, but my stomach is pretty sensitive to shit like that and i really don't need that
