InTraining New member Jun 8, 2004 #2 I did these tonight at the end of my leg workout...due to an injury I was unable to work legs for awhile and do back squats so I was able to do these with no pain... The actual cardiovascular exertion was harder for me than the weights themselves..

super_rice New member Jun 11, 2004 #6 you could do a step up onto a box with a barbell loaded like a backsquat. it's definately tough.
