Does ambien induce Non REM sleep

Yes. That's why you're better off using something else that makes you sleepy. Like Atarax. It's an antihistimine but it is also used to relax people prior to surgery. It's a little hard to get up the first morning you use it but you adapt to it in a couple days. It will keep you asleep and even if you do wake up you'll be able to crash again in minutes.

do i need a script to get atarax?

Ambien makes me sleep like a rock. I dont take it regularly but my buddy gave me one the other night and I got knocked the fuck out. Im wondering if you will enter your REM state while on it so your body can recover to the fullest? I dont plan on taking it regularly.

no it fucks the cycle up. i used to take it regularly and eventually my body would become so exhausted even when i did sleep that i couldnt leave my apartment

Yeah, I tried G this weekend and I was reminded why that drug is illegal. It is very addictive.. I could feel myself going into a g hole, scary stuff! Scary scary stuff..

I used to have to take Tylenol PM while I was running tren; I was pretty addicted to those for a while..

I swear, I am almost addicted to Cialis.. Pretty soon I'll think myself into not being able to get a hard on if I don't have any Cialis running through my veins..

You definitely want to take sleeping drugs in moderation and only when you feel it's absolutely necessary.. A buddy of mine blacked out on his Gixxer 600 and is lucky to be alive to this day. Of course, while he was on Ambien he did an 8 ball of coke the day before..

T-Matt you crack me the fuck up.

I remember reading recently that regerneration of muscle tissue is temporarily suspended during the REM portion of your sleep cycle, and that damaged muscle tissue is repaired during some other stages of sleep.

Can anyone comment on this?
