I am horrified that you aren't buying her a F430. Are you cheap or something?Grumpy Old Man said:All the ongoing costs have to be factored to include any extraordinary costs, eg. new foreign sports car to make it to the spa faster. When there is an offsetting positive balance eg. saving 30k a month at gentlemans clubs you see where the value increases and the expenses become inconsequential.
Currently I am researching the 5000 mile engine out service for the 355F1 vs getting her a new one. That might be the only hairball. Foreign car services have really taken a bite out of my weekly salary as of late. But if she can shop faster perhaps a faster car would be in order; another compensating balance. So as I stated previously, ya get what ya pay for.

The Atlanta Ferrari dealership has two F430's for sale. Both are low miliage and they are asking low 300's (320ish, if I remember correctly). That should hold her over until you can get a 599 GTB. Those will sticker in the low 300's, but they are wait listed for a couple of years. Buy a resale one -- I think you could snag it undriven for mid to upper 400's. You'd definately want a 599 long-term, since its heavier and safer than it's 8-cylinder counterpart.
Good lord. Step-up to the plate man. If you've spent $40+M on women in the past, what's $750K in sports cars?
Sheesh.
