Had a horrible bench day. Last week got 265lb plus the light bands attachted to the middle of the bench at floor level. I was planning on 285lb plus the light bands for 3 for 4 to 5 sets. I was able to do one rep. Went to the chiro and he said my right shoulder was sagging and when he adjusted it I heard 3 quick pops. Has this happened to anyone and how much would it affect your strength?
