Had a horrible bench day. Last week got 265lb plus the light bands attachted to the middle of the bench at floor level. I was planning on 285lb plus the light bands for 3 for 4 to 5 sets. I was able to do one rep. Went to the chiro and he said my right shoulder was sagging and when he adjusted it I heard 3 quick pops. Has this happened to anyone and how much would it affect your strength?
 
Doesn't sound good...

Was there any pain? Sounds like you have some "looseness" in the joint. This is never a good thing. Did the chiro give you any instruction? You may want to seek a second opinion.

Doctor said the joint was out of place and that I must be doing something to take it out. I didn't have any pain when I worked out or when it was adjusted. It is a little sore know but nothing that is not usual as I did weighted dips afterwards.
