Doc. put me on hrt. ?????????

Im 39, Ive done about five cycles. About 5 weeks ago doc put me on hrt. 100mg of test cyp every week. I didnt think i would need anti e with this low of test. But now Im having problems. Cant sleep, no appetite, depression, anxiety, and emotional issues. Ive never had this with cycles of test as long as I used AIs Or anti Es. I cant live this way. Should I add something too combat the estrogen or just stop test all together. Please Help.

What were your test and E levels before HRT? And what are they now? 100mg is pretty low to require an anti-e. Some of it just could be level fluctuating as your natural test shuts down and exo kicks in. Also depending on where your T was before you could possibly have lower T now than you did before.

One reason HRT docs usually prescribe a little more T that regular docs is because they take into account the fact your natural test will be shutting down, so they need to replace that AND give you a little boost.

If I were in your shoes id go back to the doc and get some more blood work done to see where T and E are now and let him know of your symptoms.

Blood work was done 3 times. First time was right after cycle, before pct. Surprize blood test. Level was 65. last time was after pct about a month. Level 185.

How can your total test be 65 on cycle? What was your last cycle? You need to find out what your levels are now that youre on the hrt.

What is your T and E NOW while on TRT? What your levels where before doesnt mean shit when you are looking to find out why you feel like you do now. Any conclusion you come to now is only speculation without knowing what your current T and E levels are.

I'm 36 and been on TRT for about 4 months now. I take 100mg a week of test cyp as well, plus HCG at 250 3x a week. A couple of things that may help you....I was going high on my estradiol and had to add Arimidex. I use the generic and it is dirt cheap. I cut the pill into quarters and take about 1 quarter twice a week and that seems to be working well. Other than that, it took me a few months to get used to being on TRT. Now everything is getting much more consistent. For a while I was having crazy emotional swings and going crazy over my ex g/f that I had gotten over months before!haha...It takes a while to get everything dialed in so just be patient and do your best.

I go back to Doc on 18th of Oct. to check levels again. I have nolv and clomid. Thinking about stopping hrt. Doing the nolv and clomid to bring normal test levels. Cant handle this emotional crap. Dont have hcg or aramidex or I would do that. Never thought I needed it with this low of Test.

Thanks Ruca, Sounds like just what Im going thru but would take too long to get hcg without a presciption and my doc probably wouldnt give to me anyway. I can get the adex in a few days but I thank Im just going to stop hrt, and goto an encronologist instead of my normal doc. Ive got the nolv and clomid, so ill try to get mormal test level back. The emotional sides of test without AI or Anti E sucks. But Mmy Doc said it was'nt nessesary. When it comes too AS I thank elite fitness has a substantial bit more knowledge than most Dr.s. Ive got too much going on in my life now without being all messed up in the head. Mood swings are insain. Angry, sad, depressed, apothy, not for me. So so long hrt for now. Ill follow up with Doc on scedule in a few weeks and tell him all thats going on. Then if I still need hrt after seeing Encro. than Ill make sure to have proper AIs and hcg on hand. Thanks to all for advice.

Zuggla, When doc done hormone test he only checked test and thyroid. No estr. test. Thats why I thank its best for me stop right now and do my best to get everything back to normal (whatever normal may be) and then see an encronologist. So thats the plan.
Thanks for your help.
