If you are curious about physiological changes causing said problem in relation to gear use, it would have come across better if you had chose to phrase it better from the start.

My only other thought is that you're experiencing some kidney problems which may be causing your urine to be darker. Maybe an occasional drop is staining your undies?? I don't know what else to say.

I suggest you use some Shout on it, that should get it out. If it can take out menstration spots, it can take out pee stains.
