Damn, I'm old...I like the .45 ACP of the Colt 1911 clones....they aren't as accurate at longer ranges but only layiback can afford a house with fifty meter rooms. My two cents on home defence....Remington 870 express with .00 buck and a colt 1911 as your backup.
