do you think...

do you think it is possible to do a cycle (or mutliple cycles) then stop juicing forever and maintain those gains?? assuming your diet and training does not change will you be able keep those gains? and is it possible to make further natural gains after you stop juicing?

okay...(although i'm not buying this whole genetic limit thing) let's assume you haven't surpassed your limit...if you are to stop juicing and do all the proper post cycle therapies, continue to eat and train properly, do you think it is possible to maintain that size?? after a year? and can you continue to gain naturally after that?

Not buying the whole genetic limit? Do you think Ronnie Colman would have gotten as big as he if he lifted natural for 100 years?

Short answer: Yes, muscle gained on a cycle can be maintained without drugs - given that a multitude of other variables are in order.

I'm not a chemist or any kind of scientist for that matter..but from my experience you can get back to the same strength/size point you get to on the juice without it,minus maybe the water weight. I also think that cycles up your genetic norm, although it could also be attributed to just long term heavy training...but i doubt it. Basically i think it ups the cap for your upper limit and also raises your lower limit in cases that you get sick or hurt, etc. Again,no scientific data to back it up,just personal experience. For example,a wrestler 5'9" 145ish could take 2 medium to light 8-10 week cycles at 500-750 mg a week and expect maybe 168 after normalizing the first cycle(2 months) and a year later maybe 186 with the same cycle and 2 months recup. I don't know if that's normal, low or high gains, just shooting some numbers out there for a reference.

I'm living proof of it. But the enetic cap is very real -- both natural and chemically assisted. Since I trained a lifetime naturally I know my genetic limit was only around 175. Sure, I could have gotten bigger, but not without adding more fat. (Yeah, yeah, I know. I could have bulked and then lost the fat, which I did, but fat loss too has a genetic cap. I'd always wind up at 175). Steroids got me over 200, and years after stopping I managed a solid 195 without an increase in fat. Today, on HRT I stay at 190. I actually prefer 185 and more cut, but it requires a constant battle with my genetic limit, and at this point, age is a factor too.

Those numbers may not seem that drastic but if you imagine what wenty pounds of lean meat lookks like, it's quite a bit.

Now can you hold on to 30-40 pounds of chemically grown muscle without any help? Doubtful, but possible -- again, depending on genetics. Even still, that full, vascular, thin skinned look you get while on can not be maintained. You just have to look at that as a temporary gift. Of course, some guys live for that look and can't accept being without it so they make all sorts of excuses for not "really" coming off. ("Bridging, slin, HGH, HCG, a little var, a little clen, etc, etc, etc.)
