i am 17 and in jan 22, 2002 i weighed in at 126 that was the first day i started working out and on oct 06 2002 i weighed in at 138 and 1/2 .that is all natural(i know that aint shit if i juiceed).

EAT MORE. JUST WORKING OUT IS ONLY 1/3 OF THE PIE. NUTRITION AND REST ARE THE OTHER TWO THIRDS.

EAT EVERYTHING YOU SEE!!! (ASSUMING YOU HAVE A FAST METABOLISM AND YOU WONT GET FAT)

That is decent progress. Keep eating and training. If you start to put on some BF then back off. Figure out the Maximum you can eat without getting fat

What's your height? If you 5'7", don't fuckin' do juice until you hit the 200 barrier.

most people at 5'7" would not be able to hit 200 naturally unless they were carrying a decent amount of fat. 200 and lean is pretty damn big for 5'7".

That seems pretty normal, I know my first year of working out I gain 27lbs on the dime naturally and not knowing anything about dieting. Just taking creatine and myoplex, I got really ripped too.

The first year is very easy to pack on mass and specially if you are young because it is something your body has not experienced before. But after that first year the gains will slow down dramatically. Keep eating alot, but steer clear from too much junk food.

sorry. those are gains, but you definitely need to eat more (especially meat). you'll see much more gains. now, get to work! go get big!

5'7" at 200 lbs isn't big when you're standing next to Lee Priest, LOL.

It should be relatively easy when your first starting out if you are EATING right (no this doesn't mean coco puffs). 16 pounds a year for a natural experienced builder it considered amazing.

I'm also 17 and you'll be amazed at how easy weight gain is at this age if you eat a lot of good food with weight training. I weighed 140 last Jan and now I'm at 170. So get to the kitchen and start eating.

You need to take a roll of duck tape and use ALL of it to stick the fork to your hand...and never sit it down...EVER.

I swear I could work for Hamburger Helper...

i wonder if hamburger helper would help sponsor you. lol

seriously though, once they know how much of that stuff you eat a year, i'm sure they'd be glad to. worth a try

It works wonders...if you can eat enough of it on a daily basis...

Do you eat a lot even when you're not hungry? I've done that before, but I end up putting on the fat pretty quick. I'm trying to listen to my body more this time around, but I'm hungry most of the time anyway.

What do you think?

When bulking...or the last 2 weeks before a contest...or when going HEAVY in the gym...I eat till I nearly puke then I take one more bite and hope that I can hold it down.

Do you get pretty fat? I'm not scared of fat (I get nice love handles every winter), but if I can get the same results and avoid them, I will.

Maybe I should stick with the 96oz Stouffer's Lasagna and gallon of whole milk in a day like I have in the past?

I'll diet when I am big enough...

In the pic in my avatar...I was 287...and bulking...
