that's like the routine on tmag, i forgot who wrote it i'd have to look it up.  i think it was ian king or soemthing, maybe charles poliquin.  involves doing a few sets for arms like every half hour or so for a whole day, and says you shouldn't do something like that more than once or twice a year.   if you wanna check it out, it is called the one day arm cure, so just search for it.
