Did 215 sets for bi's yesterday. Then I threw in 30 sets of negatives - just too make sure I exhausted the muscle fiber and lifted more than any damn powerlifter, sissy boy.

Dude, i thought he was joking about that 100 set routine.....what a loser!!!! of course this guy is overtraining...his bullshit posts and fucked up comments are just to be laughed at.
 
I think he is entitled to his opinion...I don't agree with it...yet he can have his own.

Don't see any reason blowing all of this out of proportion though...and we don't need the flames on this board. Let's leave the flames to the other boards.
