Do you tell other people about your EF microcosm?

My friends all know I use an internet fitness board and that I have met people on it. With the exception of the last meetup, my non-EF friends have always been with me when I've met people from EF..

so if we meet up will you bring the naughty chick in the bucket hat?

SOme people I know in RL also know I am a member of a "fitness discussion board". It always comes up when they ask how i met Lummy. My family knows too. I could care less. Its not a big deal. If they have a problem with it, they can meet me in the parking lot.

I don't mention that I post on EF C&C or that I sit at work and post on a chat board all day long. Whenever a subject that has been brought up on here comes up in real life I usually say something like "I read somewhere that......" or "some one was talking about it the other day and they said......." or stuff like that. Does any one tell non-EF people about EF? Do any of you mention peoples screen names as the source of your knowledge on the subject?

I also didn't tell anyone in real life that I was goign to the EF meet up a couple of weeks ago, I think it would seem weird to people if I told the mthat these are people from an internet chat board that I'm meeting for the first time. I'm also gonna probably meet up with Bran this weekend. If any of my buds happen to come along to a bar or whatever we do, I'm not sure that I wanna say "this is my buddy from an internet chat board". How dorky does that sound to the real world?

It's fine when it's me wasting time I'm being paid for, but otherwise I don't post here. I'm not weird like the rest of you.

think about if you suddenly died...nobody on the board would know...I was honeslty thinking of making a note that said post on ef if I died all the sudden. I want you guys to know when I cash out of this planet :)
