yeah Im way more likely to do some sort of cardio exercise than to lift weights when Im sick. It feels good to do a mild cardio wkrkout and to work up a sweat, but it does not feel good to over exert yourself when ill.hanselthecaretaker said:I go for a 1-2 mile run if it's nice out.
