I see that the majority of you prefer TO APPEAR THAN TO BE.If BB is a sport ,the muscles should be a consequence of strength and power ,also if not always is so. Weigth lifters are,generally,the more power with functional muscles,but a lot of them are not enormous and cut in the BB sense.But if BB is a sport you cannot say"I don't care the strength",the strength is the means to train stronger for mass.Furthermore,to know becoming stronger tell you 3 things:
1) you are healtly
2) your training is right
3) your recovery is enough
The matter is correlated with the steroids abuse because the strength does not need to stay on them so often and requires substances that don't cause water ritention (oxandrolone,stanozolo etc.).The real iron lover want to be stronger and, arrived at his natural limits,choose,if necessary for short and infrequent blitz cycle, steroids that help to get over these limits.After he let some high volume training to pump him .
