Considering what happened in the 70s with the other flu vaccine I think I will skip the H1N1 and then reconsider after the guinea pigs have had theirs. Definitely the regular flu vaccine.
 
I've never had either vaccine. I've never got the flu shot and never had the flu (knock on wood). I recall a few people in my life who had violent reactions to the flu shots so those situations have made me reconsider their value.

I think we already had it in my household. Was I stupid for not confirming it? I should have b/c I would have my fragile kid get it, but my extremely hardy I AM LEGEND super immune system son with autism will survive any bug. When we're down for a week, he's back up in 2 or 3 days or doesn't get what the rest of us have.
 
I got both of them last year, and plan to do the same this year as soon as available. I hate the flu! And I like it when the nurses call their friends in to see my delts when they get ready to give the shots :) .

Look into the data of when th H1N1 strain hit the USA in 1976. It is a proven fact that the vaccine killed more people than the flu. The hype is nothing more that big pharma pushing drugs. I would take a bullet in each knee, then one to the head before I would ever give any of my family or children any of these vaccines. Look into the chemicals that are in them. YIKES!!! I am a bit baffeled as to why there has been an overwhelming push for the H1N1 this time when data shows it to be of little if any positive affect, and does show from the 1976 epidemic that it can be fatal. Not that I am a big conspiracy theory type, but it just makes me wonder why the big push, is there something in there other than we are told and should be aware of?
 
i am ready for the influx of children into the ER this fall(every year) last october was bad with record volumes of pt's w flu like symptoms....


news flash people, give your kids some freakin tylenol and motrin so they dont have fever related seizures and aspirate or go hypoxic...
