Started lifting to loose fat therfore look better. I realize that at forty though I'm not gonna look 20. However, with a little effort, I can out lift most 20 year olds. I love the look on a 20 year old college kids face when an old fart squats 500-600 lbs or benches 405. I ain't dead yet.

Looks, even though lifting helps me when it's time to unload groceries from the SUV or beat up my 10 yr old Daughter.

Who voted I DON'T LIFT ???
 
Both of course.........but when it really comes down to it, function before form. I won't do sissy weights in some special sissy little way just so I can get a little peak or divot in some area. I want the machine........I want GOLDBERG!!!!
